Its not everyday you see a guy dressed as a clown driving down the road… And its also pretty rare to see on busted for DUI. But that’s what happened in Birmingham! The 51 year old said he had just had a few drinks at a local restaurant but offered no explanation for his attire. See his mugshot here:
