“Fat Pat” Brocco Talks About Losing 330 Pounds By Walking to Walmart

A guy in Arizona who weighed 605 pounds started walking to Walmart every day to lose weight, and in three years he lost 330 pounds.  Now he eats healthy and works out at the gym, and he’s JACKED.  (His name is Pat Brocco, and he’s now 31.  He decided three years ago that he had to walk to Walmart and back every time he got hungry, to buy fresh food and then cook it at home.  Doing that three times a day meant he was walking six miles every day.
