Tyrese Gibson is being sued by a Airbnb owner who is claiming property damage and a lawsuit for causing “excessive alterations” to the Airbnb but he downplays the significance of the modifications.

Tracy Wolf, who is the property manager said that Tyrese agreed to pay $20,000 a month on a 6-month lease for the property in Woodland Hills, but says he started to modify the home.

Wolf says that Tyrese ended up closing up all of the doors and windows, he added non-code electrical outlets, changed electrical panels, painted a marble fireplace, the HVAC system was damaged and many other things.

He says that he had the doors and windows closed for privacy concerns and that the changes were just temporary.

The owner is now trying to sue Tyrese for over $25,000 in total damages.
