Man escorted out of Government Plaza after outburst at City Council meeting

The man in the video is clearly upset as he is escorted out of the Mobile Government Plaza after a Mobile police officer fatally shot 19-year-old Michael Mooreafter a traffic stop. Council members say they received hundreds of calls from people concerned the shooting wasn’t justified.
