Guy Who’s “Addicted” to Hiding Under Cars and Grabbing Women’s Feet Keeps Getting Busted

A guy in Nebraska was busted for the THIRD time this year for hiding under women’s cars and grabbing their feet!  He says he’s ADDICTED to it, and now he might be looking at jail time.  See his mugshot here
